My name is Joe Mark Witt.

And I'm Antonia Dodge.

We're continuing on with our series that we're calling the selves or personality type

and the selves.

And we've already covered topics like self-awareness, self-certainty.

We've talked about the difference between self-worth and self-value and probably one more

that I'm trying to remember, self-esteem.

But right now we're going to talk about self-trust.

And self-trust is a really interesting measurement of one's relationship to this self.

It's crucial, too.

I think it's a really important characteristic or trait for us to build.

And I don't think we always have our finger on the pulse of where we can trust ourselves

and where we can't.

And so we tend to think just like with all the other selves, we tend to think of

it in terms of toggle switches.

We either trust ourselves or we don't.

What's interesting is that we today, we didn't really want to record a video podcast today.

Why did want to?

I just was really struggling to get my energy and all the setup to do it.

Yeah.

It was particularly difficult today for whatever reason.
