1:44.4 | growth mindset around it as opposed to a fixed mindset. Because I suspect that we tend to have |
1:50.8 | somewhat of a fixed mindset around things like self-worth and self-esteem. We believe that we're |
1:55.9 | at a certain place and it's like, well, that's just how it is. And I think we intuitively know |
2:01.4 | that that's not true, that we can increase our overall sense of self. But what's our access point |
