And I'm Antonia Dodge.

This week we're continuing a conversation that we paused on the last episode because we ran out of time but we want to continue

talking about it. We were talking about insecurity last week on the show and we were

we wanted to get to applying this idea and concept of insecurity toward personality types or at least the cognitive functions in personality types.

And we never got to it because we just ended up in this free form conversation.

It was a really great conversation. So if you haven't heard that go back and

listen because we're going to build off some of the principles we talked about on that show.

I think it was a good cover. You're smiling.

I'm smiling because I did too much talking.

When I said it was a good conversation you smiled like wait was it not a good cover? I thought it was a good conversation. You smile, I'm like, wait, was it not a good cover? I thought it was a great conversation. And also I know that I did a lot of talking.

It's fine, don't worry about it. It's good. I'm glad you do. You bring good stuff when you talk so it's all cool

What was my hearing? Oh, I as we were preparing for this show a thought came to me that could start us out, then we can get to some of the types.

But I realized that before my grandparents died, at least my grandfathers, but also my grandmothers as well.

They had no insecurity by the end of their lives.

Like by the time they were in their 80s, like the stuff that they would say or do or anything like they could care less what

anyone thought about them. But I noticed like my my children is they're

approaching middle school age they care very much how they're perceived like like to the point where

it's kind of crazy like it's absurd right and I remember myself as a middle schooler

age 12 13 caring greatly about all sorts of things that I

thought were important now at my age now I'm looking back like why was I worried

...
