I just feel like it's going to be warm and cozy and successful and exciting and the holidays.

This week, I really want to give you guys a proper formula that you can start using to break

down the barriers of your limiting beliefs and

start changing your identity and change yourself concepts successfully. And this is a formula that

once I began applying into things that I was actually conscious of, like problems I have that I'm

aware of and I began to break them down almost like an onion that needs to keep being peeled, right?

We peeled down the layers over and over again.

I realize that I'm able to transition and transform my belief state about certain topics

a lot faster than I was before.

And I want to go through a couple of examples of how this worked for a few of my clients

later on in the

episode. But the key point in here that I want to go over is, you know how we always talk about

how your personality shapes your personal reality? I feel like we don't utilize the knowledge

behind that enough. Like if my personality can change, like I can change who I am down to a reaction level, down to an
