| 0:39.6 | or beliefs or emotions I carry with me throughout my life. And I think most people have these. |

| 0:51.2 | is we can't escape that. Any truth we believe, it's always got some contradictory elements |
| 0:57.5 | to it that you kind of almost like a polarity, you kind of buy both sides when you believe |
| 1:02.0 | something. You almost bring along the opposite of that. And I'm learning in my life that |
| 1:06.8 | my goal personally is to pick the best paradoxes I can pick. Like pick the ones that are |
| 1:12.5 | most empowering and useful for myself, ones that don't limit me as much as possible. |
