And I'm Antonia Dodge.

I have been really thinking a lot about paradoxes lately. It's paradoxes or paradox.

I don't even know the plural of this. I don't know.

But paradox where you have contradictory qualities or features in two things, two what seemingly

oppose each other. And sometimes I think they actually do. I've been thinking a lot about

reality in the world and just how many paradoxes I believe, just how many contradictory truths

or beliefs or emotions I carry with me throughout my life. And I think most people have these.

I think most people have contradictions that they live. And I think the one thing I'm realizing

is we can't escape that. Any truth we believe, it's always got some contradictory elements

to it that you kind of almost like a polarity, you kind of buy both sides when you believe

something. You almost bring along the opposite of that. And I'm learning in my life that

my goal personally is to pick the best paradoxes I can pick. Like pick the ones that are

most empowering and useful for myself, ones that don't limit me as much as possible.

And then Antonio, we're just having a conversation today around paradoxes, paradoxes there it

is again, I don't know if it's a plural word, I probably should have looked that up beforehand

right?

Just go with it. We're talking about paradoxes and this idea, one or which personality types

are able to play with and hold paradox thought more than others. Like which ones are able

to sit in that space and which ones have a really hard time with paradox. And so as we

got thinking and talking, we started to get into this conversation and thought, well,

let's kick on a microphone. Let's capture some of these ideas and some of this free form
