There are some believers around the world today that are being persecuted for their faith.

We're going to talk about that in just a moment.

We're going to talk about thatcy Prose podcast episode. We're here live at NRB. So you may hear about two or three hundred of our favorite friends talking around us and mixing in mingling. So that's the background noise.

But we're here today to talk about martyrdom, but also the persecuted church. Like here,

we have, we have it pretty comfy here in America, but we know that in some places in this world right now, there are more believers being persecuted for their faith in various ways than any other

time in history. And we kind of neglect to think of that or neglect to realize that at time.

So today we want to talk about the persecuted church in the end time.

So we're going to kind of tackle both of those.

Jeff, and what spurred this was Jeff just reached out to another ministry here that we saw

some persecuted believers from China and got a chance to talk to them. And then as

we were talking about it, we're like, we have got to do a podcast and talk about the persecuted

church today. Absolutely, Todd. You know, when we think about the things we go through, oh, no, someone

posted a mean post on my Facebook feed or whatever, or they, you know, they trolled me on social media or whatever.

We think that, you know, we're suffering persecution.

But, you know, right now there are some 164 countries across the world that are actively

persecuting Christians.

I was recently speaking in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and was given a kind of a backstage tour of

the Voice of the Martyrs, the ministry there. It's just amazing. I highly recommend their ministry

voice of the martyrs. But in talking to these Chinese believers here that were here at the

convention and just what they went through jail and persecution and all sorts of,

you know, inhumane treatment.

It just got me thinking about, you know, we are continuing to ramp up to all the things
