What exactly is going on?

In our main segment, we're going to share our conversation with Laurel Whitman, president

of the Well Spouse Association, the only nonprofit that provides support specifically for the

spouses and partners of people living with chronic illness or disability.

And then we'll close out the show as we always do with what's on our mind outside of politics,

specifically summer.

As you know, we have spent a lot of time and energy on the Select Committee to investigate

the January 6 attack on the United States Capitol.

That committee is continuing its good work.

We're recording today on Monday, June 20th.

There will be another hearing tomorrow, June 21st, and then we think the final prime time

hearing on Thursday, June 23rd.

But it all seems to be a bit fluid and we're trying to adapt as it adapts.
