now indicted, disgraced former president will be arraigned in Manhattan today, and the charges

unsealed as the defendant escalates his attacks on the DA. Secret Service has been subpoenaed by Jack

Smith in the documents case, the broad scope of intent to defraud in the New York crime of

falsifying business documents, Elon Musk files a motion to dismiss a $258 billion racketeering

Dogecoin lawsuit, an incredible student walk out to protest gun violence in Tennessee,

and Evan Corcoran and Jim Trusty make an appearance in court in the privilege battle over the

testimony of Mark Meadows and other top Trump aides. I'm your host, Allison Gil.

Happy Arraignment Day to those who celebrate. Couple of quick news points here. First of all,

Secret Service has been subpoenaed by special counsel Jack Smith in the Mar-a-Lago classified

documents case. This is a huge development, and I think they are going to be testifying this Friday,

according to sources familiar with that. We'll cover that on the Jack episode this Sunday with Andy

McCabe and myself, and also Evan Corcoran and Jim Trusty. We're seen at the courthouse today,

alongside Leonardo DiCaprio, who was there for Pra's Michelle, founding member of the Fuji's trial,

but they weren't associated with why Corcoran and Jim Trusty were there. They were there

for a closed-door under seal hearing in the privilege battle over the testimony of

you know, that whole group of people who tried who Trump tried to exert executive privilege over

Mark Meadows, Cavino, Stephen Miller off the top of my head. I'm trying to remember more Nick Luna,

John McIntee, that whole group, right? So that's what Corcoran and Trusty were there for.

Don't have any additional news on what happened in that hearing as it is under seal, but we may be

able to hear some leaks coming out from the Trump side after you know, maybe tomorrow we might
