0:10.0	This day, October 12, 1992, the first three-way TV presidential debate in history took place
0:18.1	featuring George H.W. Bush, the Republican incumbent Bill Clinton, the upstart Democrat who would go on to win of course,
0:26.0	and independent super-super upstart Ross Perrault. Perrault, as he often did, kind of stole the show that night, even though he was really a last-minute
0:36.2	addition and there were lots of questions right up until the last moments about whether he would
0:40.1	even run or even participate in the debate.
