| 1:39.5 | career, I've allowed like the fear of being invisible, the need to be validated and appreciated, |

| 1:49.5 | But I've allowed that need to make me behave in ways that were not honorable, that betrayed myself. |
| 1:57.6 | And in effect, wasted my time and wasted a lot of it. |
| 2:03.1 | And it wouldn't have helped to have a time management tool because the reason why I was |
| 2:06.9 | wasting my time had nothing to do with calendar management and more to do with an |
| 2:10.9 | emotional reaction. |
| 2:12.9 | And so to close out the week, I want to turn to how you might be wasting your time in your personal life. |
