| 2:21.1 | encourage scheduling it into your calendar, not just the time that you sleep in the evening, |
| 2:29.0 | but periods throughout the day where you know you're exerting a lot and you're asking a lot of |
| 2:35.4 | yourself. Also put into the calendar those times where you can just be, where you |
| 2:41.9 | can rejuvenate, where you can replenish, and then can go back into |
| 2:45.8 | the rest of your day, more fully charged and more fully yourself. |
| 2:50.3 | And there's just something about having it on the calendar and having a time slot for it |
| 2:55.7 | that gives us more permission to settle into it, to relax into it, and really surrender. Like, okay, you know, it's here, |
