The reason why we're gonna?

I know The reason we're going to... It sounds heavy. I know. The reason we're going to talk about this is we've seen this pattern, especially people who reach out to us after they've listened to our podcast and maybe read some of our blog post or maybe we've done

some coaching with them and there's this general sense of you know I

wasted my 20s or I was raised in a paradigm that I realize now that I don't agree with,

whether it be religious, secular, right, like whatever the background of the paradigm was.

And, or I had really terrible terrible parents or I had a really

terrible upbringing or I had a lot of tragedy in my life. And there's this

narrative that comes along with that, which is basically that you have all this time that was wasted, all this time that was lost, and today's

the first day of the rest of your life and now you've got to figure out what you're going

to be doing from this point on.

And you and I were sitting in the car not that long ago.

We actually end up...

This is how our podcast emerge.

We end up sitting in the car like we'll come home. We'll sit in the

car for a while and just sort of talk like I don't know if it's the intimacy of the

car or whatever but it's very conducive for conversation and we'll just end up sort of of the

podcast

what we were talking about is that you and I have that narrative too.
