Wow, it's a new year, it's a new season, it's a new beginning for you, for myself, you know,

for all of us.

I love the feeling of transitioning into a new beginning because it represents new growth,

a new you, understand, another chance, another exhale to the first gift we were ever given,

which is our life.

This year we are letting the love live, the love in our life, the love within, the love

for the most high.

We're letting it live, you understand.

I was thinking in as I was meditating on what's to come.

I already noticed old patterns of thought trying to seep in to my existence.

I'm like, what?

It's a new year, a new me, why are old patterns already popping up again?

In the last month we talked about clipping our wings so a new set of wings can grow in.

Our old ways won't serve us in this new space, but old patterns often don't want to let

go as beautiful as that affirmation sounds clip your wings so a new set of wings can grow.

Let's be honest, old patterns often don't want to let go.

We all know how hard it can be sometimes to let something go, right?

Like let go of a loved one, let go of a habit, maybe some of us smoke or hit the sweets

a little bit too much and although we tell ourselves today is the last day, somehow some

way our old patterns do exactly what they want to do.

Repeat themselves.
