I come to you today, sweating profusely in an air-conditioned room.

I've had to turn off the fan that usually blows directly into my face

because it messes up my audio.

And I'm miserable.

I'm low on energy and frankly, kind of grumpy all the time.

I haven't been sleeping well.

And my period is a guest that arrived a week early

and has overstayed her welcome by 10 days and counting.

And yes, for those of you with medical knowledge, I've gone in for the cancer screening and it all came back negative.
