Hey, you guys, welcome to the podcast. Today we're going to dive into a topic that I know so many of us

women worry about and think about and stress about. And definitely a lot of you reach out to me and

said, hey, look, this is really what I'm struggling with at this stage of my life. And I am with you

100%. It's the belly fat. It's like, why are we gaining weight and like really,

really fast? Why is it happening? And what can we do to kind of help it? Because I will appreciate

the fact that, okay, yep, we're getting older. Totally understand metabolism is slowing down.

But sometimes the weight gain is so drastic. And the reason why this is

important to kind of like open up the discussion, talk about it, give each other validation,

relate to each other, and obviously let's work together to find solutions because what solution,

one solution for one woman is not the same for the other. But this affects your confidence in such a way that I can't even tell you, well, I can because you completely understand. And all of us will experience it. I think there's a small percentage of women that just will stay really, really thin forever. But a lot of us just we gain weight. And it's typically in that midsection area. Maybe your legs get a little bigger. And when I say belly fat, it really just mean like fat in general, but, you know, majority of women, it is in the belly. All of a sudden, the belly gets bigger. It gets a little swollen. And we start, our faces are blowing up a little bit more. And we're like, wait a minute, nothing's changed.

Everything is pretty much stayed the same. Maybe you've actually even gotten better with eating

or exercise routines and all the things and it's frustrating and it affects your confidence.

There are just certain things that I think some of us can deal with. I can deal with some lines and some wrinkles. I can,

you know, maybe get more facials and if you want to do Botox great. Like there's so many things

that you can do to age gracefully in that way. But the fat is on another level because it's, it happens

really quickly and it will not budge sometimes

really no matter what you do. And a lot of the times I think we get frustrated because we think we're

doing everything right when in fact we're probably missing a component or missing something that

would at least help the process a little bit. You know, it may not speed it up

entirely. It might. Again, every woman's different, but it will help. It may not go super fast,

or maybe it does for you, but we're kind of like missing like this one piece of the puzzle.
