Welcome to our daily rosary meditation. Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen. Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for. In the 1952 circus movie,

the greatest show on earth, one of the Trappese acrobats to impress a female

colleague, says that he's going to do a new crazy stunt that night. He says he's going to do a double forward over the bar

through a paper hoop and all from the lethal height of the top rigging. But the girl she's unimpressed. Yes it's an incredibly

difficult stunt but she doesn't see that it takes a lot of courage and she says that's not so much with a net under you.

And of course it's true.

After all, why not try really bold adventurous things when you've got

a net under you? What's the real risk?

And if we trust God and we know he'll take care of us and we know that when we fall off the

tight rope of this life will land in the net of his providential hands, then why not

be bold and try adventurous things for the love of God and the good of souls.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallow it be your name,

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, hollow it be your name, thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us a stay or daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against

us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil
