0:35.1	We've been mentioning that it's coming up. We do the 10,000 push-up challenge every February.
0:40.6	So it's November. Why are we talking about the 10,000 push-up challenge in February? We're so far in advance.
0:47.0	Well, it's so far in advance because, you know, if you're not currently doing a lot of push-ups, it's hard to just jump in and do them.
0:55.8	And some people say, you know, I could never do the 10,000 push-up challenge.
0:59.8	I can only do 10 push-ups.
1:02.2	How am I possibly going to be able to do 10,000 push-ups in a month?
1:05.6	Well, 10,000 push-ups in a month is only what, 350 some-odd push-ups every single day for a month so you can increase your numbers of
