Peppermint steps Behind The Rope. Miss Peppermint. A fixture on the New York City Drag / Queer Nightlife Scene, Peppermint’s star continued to rise when she was cast on Season Nine of RuPaul’s Drag Race where she finished as runner-up in one of the most talked about seasons in Drag Race HERstory. Peppermint takes us behind the scenes of Drag Race - what the casting and filming process was like, just how “hard” it was to make a great TV show, the other queens and what RuPaul is really like.
