Mink, and we are excited today to be joined by Ravens' defensive back Pepe Williams.

How are you doing today?

Good, I'm good, man.

Well, we're excited to sit down and talk with you today.

And you've been a guy at the very beginning of camp here that I think we've been watching closely.

Because this is a big camp for you.

So how do you feel like training camps been going here for the first few weeks?

Most importantly, I'm healthy.

Yeah.

You know, that was the biggest goal for me to just stay healthy, keep my body right, you know what I mean.

Especially from last camp, you know, I came back at camp, you know, had what I had.

But this year, healthy, been working, feel stronger, faster, you know, and just pretty much getting in tune with the defense learning different spots so I can like get

the whole picture and like put all the pieces together in the puzzle so I understand everything so I've

been challenging myself on that and I know some good days some bad days but all and all like growth

I've been growing the health thing is is probably the biggest, I guess, piece of your story so far.

It's like when you went on the field, you made plays, especially in practice.

We've seen that.

You know, but then to stay in healthy is a challenge.
