Summary

In this episode we’re talking about GUILT which normally has a negative connotation (understandably) but how instead we can also reframe it and view it as a powerful tool we can use for self-reflection. My goal with this episode is to have you thinking a little more about what’s important to you and what some of those feelings we often deem as negative can not only teach us, but actually be used as a compass to help us really understand what actually matters to us. I can’t wait to hear what you think of this one!

As mentioned on the podcast:

Literally this company has superfoods for every stage of motherhood created by a nurse who is also a board certified lactation consultant!

My two fav products: BOOBIE BARS (so bomb) + The Protein (also so freaking good)!
