What an amazing weekend.

The British people have spoken as one and effectively said they've had enough of Starma.

I wrote a little tweet yesterday.

This petition about a general election is interesting.

I normally take the view that these petitions are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard,

but this feels a bit different to me.

If the numbers get into millions, then Keir Starmer has a problem.

720,000 and counting impressions later, it looks like you're agreeing

with me. This petition is about having another general election. Let me just put my cards on

the table. I don't want another election.

That will just encourage the politicos to waste more of our money.

But what we do need is a prime minister and a government that stands by their manifesto commitments.

They've lied to get into power.

And 2.2, nearly 2.3 million people in the last 40-odd hours have said, enough is enough.

Now, that's going to continue to grow.

Now, the guy who wrote the petition is obviously, he's saying we want another election.

I'm not doing it because of that.

I'm doing it because I need Stama to be stopped,

and I want him to listen to the public.
