Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Middleground.

I'm Caroline and Joe is not with me this week, but instead I have my wonderful and loving and respectful, joyous boyfriend Christopher Christopher with me. Chris, say hi.

Hi, guys. I'm happy to be back. I'm excited to record today's episode and I can't wait to get

into today's topic. Yeah, it's going to be a good one. But before we get into it, we're going to

talk about a grounding moment. Chris, do you want to go first? Do you want me? Yes. Yes, what? I'd like to go first.

Okay, go for it. Yeah. So my grounding moment for this week's episode is probably going to be how

awesome the weather has been lately. This past winter was a really, really horrible one for me. It really,

it really, I really battled with all the snow and all the cold weather we had so I'm

really really happy of the past couple weeks the weather started to warm up and the sun's out and we can

just go do so many things in this beautiful area we live in in northwest Arkansas so we really are

lucky for the weather to have changed.

Yeah, it is a good thing.

Yeah, I feel like I also battled.

And where Chris is from, if you guys didn't know, Chris is from South Africa.

And the summer and winters are flip-flopped.

So right now in South Africa, it's winter, correct?

Correct, yes.

Yeah. So, but our winters are not as harsh as the winters are here. Um, our winters normally range between, um, anywhere between

30 degrees warming up to 60 in the day. Yeah. So they really are bearable compared to these

winters here. Yeah.

Like a lot of snow.

And this year we did have a lot of snow.
