I'm Chase Parm. Welcome to this week's People I Sort of Know podcast. Today, we're going to talk with

Christy Stronsky. She's the owner of Gypsy

Waltz Hot Yoga. It's in Oxford, Mississippi, also in New Brons Falls, Texas. A couple different

locations, maybe more on the way as well. Christy, I've gotten to nowhere over the last few weeks

as I have started a bit of yoga myself. We'll talk about that.

We will mention her story, have her go through that.

We'll go through some of the misconceptions about yoga as well and how she turned what is not her day job into a multiple location yoga passion and a business also there with Christy.

So we'll go to those things. We'll also help you out. If you're interested in yoga, if you've ever been thought about it, maybe the fact that me as inflexible as I am, if I can do it, maybe you can too. So we'll tell you the barriers of entry, the way to get into it, kind of what to expect, and much more coming on.

It's a little different show this week, a cool one, as a Christy, interesting person,

somebody who will educate you on a lot of things to do with yoga and more.
