Hiya, yes, so let's start on the ground in Ukraine.

The main fighting continues to be around Bakhmut.

Our listeners will be very familiar with this town in the east of Ukraine now in the Donetsk region.

What we've heard the latest is that the Russian-installed head of the Donetsk region has claimed that Russian forces now control more than 75% of Bakhmut.

This battle has been one of the bloodiest of the whole war.
