Summary

Anthony Belton had five first-half penalties of his own and once again the Packers couldn't do basic things like line up correctly on a consistent basis in their second preseason game against the Indianapolis Colts. But once the backups started playing backups -- instead of the Colts starters -- this game evened out, and we saw some young players step up.
