| 0:00.0 | I can't say I've always been into fitness, but when you get a little older, you have to get a little more interested in it because life happens. |
| 0:07.0 | And, you know, when I had children, a whole lot of life happened as it should to anyone who's had children. |

| 0:15.3 | And that includes dads because you're more sedentary than you've ever been before. |

| 0:28.8 | And so I became, was always a writer and a journalist, but I became interested in fitness at a young age in my 20s. |

But when you get a little older, the body lets you know loud and clear that that's not going to be sufficient. So we have like a regular old bicycle, a stationary, like I do this, like this is the pedals. It's more than just your output, more than a bike. |
