Hey partially examined lifeless nurse, this is Mark Linson-Mire and we've got another

special presentation for you.

You've expanded the partially examined life podcast network, include one more entry

who are hopefully already familiar with our five-fick Truth Infiction podcast, a

great of our not-school program and my nakedly examined music, songwriter interviews,

will allow me to introduce you to combat and classics.

Now you probably know that we have a loose affiliation with St. John's College in that

West went there for undergrad and Dylan taught there for quite a while and you may also

remember from many of our episodes in 2016 we had Brian Wilson, another St. John's

grad, doing announcements for our not-school program.

While Brian came to us already running this combat and classic series that was sponsored

by St. John's, which was very similar to what we do in not-school and that he would

administer free online seminars, talking about classic texts and his niche was military

folks like himself, active duty, reserve, veteran, people who have been involved in life and

death decisions, which hopefully make one pretty thoughtful.

So for quite a while he's administered these seminars to help military folks understand

what a leader must be and know, techniques and examples of persuasion and fundamental

questions on the nature of man.

So this new podcast, it started in 2017, they already have 10 episodes under their belt

before this one that have only recently been released onto iTunes and such.

This has that same bent that area of concern but of course it is not really strictly focused

on military issues and the discussions are fully enjoyable whether you have anything to
