I'm an actor, comedian, TV host, and a cat dad.

And I'm honored to be here.

And also for our listeners, BJ and I are neighbors.

And we know each other from Chicago because we are both second city faculty members.

And when I moved out here, so there's like a house in the front and then like four single units in the back.

And I was subletting one of those single units, which is like where BJ is back there.

And then the second floor of the apartment I'm in now became available. And B.J. went,

Hey, Mary, you got to get over there. That's a really nice apartment. And the landlady is showing it

right now. And so you got to get over there. And I literally went over there with a check, like,
