Well, if there's faster than me, that's a problem.

where you can run side by side and still talk.

Peggy grew up in a very full household just outside of LA.

She was the second youngest out of 15 children, 1.5.

She said the experience taught her how to take the temperature of a room, which was definitely helpful later in her career.

Peggy spent almost 25 years working her way up the ladder at the tech company, Qualcomm.

And in 2014, she became the Executive vice president of business development at Microsoft, where she drives strategic partnerships.

One more thing, Peggy's an avid runner on top of it all, and has been known to carry out negotiations while literally on the run.

That's by nightmare.
