How are you guys doing? Fantastic. Doing great. Yeah, it has been a heck of a journey. I mean, 2020

was trauma like, you know, imprinted over 12 months. And we spent a lot of time. We spent a lot

of time doing a deep dive into this. And man, it's a heavy subject. But I got to say the light at

the end of the tunnel is the lives we saw transform every single day. Like doing this project,

it gave me so much hope. You know what's interesting, too? Getting into the project, you know, you

almost assume that maybe a fraction of the population has any real trauma. And by the time you've done

filming it, you realize that just about everybody, if not all of us are traumatized and need to do

some healing work. It's fascinating. It's terrifying. It's sad. But it's also there's so much hope in

it because you realize how much freedom we can attain if we actually address those dark places

within ourselves. And I saw in the introduction, you each say that you a little bit of your trauma

bedroom, you were talking about being born in Iran and coming here. And the trauma involved in

that. And then Nick, you had a little realization of your trauma as well. Absolutely. Well, man,

you know what the weirdest thing is I've been having realizations of micro traumas,

pretty much, you know, since and realizing how much of my personality, and this is a guy who's

been a monk and done all the stuff to like check those boxes, how much of the little quirky things

in the day-to-day defense mechanisms actually come back, you know, to haunt you from traumas
