I think a lot of us have been trying to care for each other, also wrestling with our own

And so some of the research that I do around conflict is around fear and the role that fear

plays in how we respond, you know, to conflict.

And as a conflict mediator, I actually know fear is in some ways my biggest enemy, right, in getting to peace, right?
