polarizing political climate. I specifically introduced this segment ahead of the holidays because

I know how stressful family gatherings can be and hopefully I can help you guys feel a little

bit better about those gatherings through this advice. As I mentioned in the last two episodes,

I've organized all submissions into four buckets. We have family, relationships, social,

and work. Family is exactly what it sounds like. Relationships covers romantic relationships.

Social includes friendships and any community or social situation,

and work includes anything involving colleagues or workplace dynamics.
