Today's episode is called Peace and Perspective. A couple

episodes ago we used the scripture in Galatians of Galatians 5 and 17 and it said for the flesh desires what is contrary to the spirit and the

spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other so that you are not

to do whatever you want. Now in the explanation or the context of that

episode I said how I wanted to do a separate episode that really just talks a bit about peace and using that as a measuring stick of if you're in the

will of God or not. Because one of the biggest questions that come up in this space of faith

is how do I know from here if I'm hearing from God even in business how do I know that

this is the business that God has called me to how do I know that this is my purpose how do I

know that this is what God is saying and the answer a lot of times to that and I've given this answer to is that when you're in the will of God that you will have peace.

Now as I've matured and grown in my relationship with God

and my understanding of the word that's still true. I mean Jesus said in the

word that he will leave us with peace. However, there is a nuance to it or an asterisk, if you will, that I want to discuss

a bit on this episode to provide some perspective. For those of you who may be in that space, I mean, we're in the fourth quarter of the year.

It's November, we're about to go into the last month of the year.

I'm sure you're planning for 2024.

I'm sure you're thinking about the business that you want to that you want to start.

You're thinking of platforms that you want to launch. You're thinking of various endeavors and if you're listening to the show, I'm pretty sure. you're in that space where you want to make sure that these endeavors and the decisions that you're making are in alignment with God.

And so I wanted to do this episode to provide a little bit of clarity to help you as you are learning to hear and follow the voice of God on behalf of your business and everything else.
