Christmas time here at Saddleback is such an important time. And it's a time where we reflect on

God's love for us in this message, Emmanuel, God came to be with us. And we recognize that

no matter where you are in your journey spiritually, there are some of

you that you absolutely love Christmas time. Like you're the kind of person, you have the decorations

out right after Halloween, you're the kind of person that's listening to Christmas music in July.

Like, I love Christmas.

It's my favorite time of the year.

And then there are others of us, or maybe some other people, that Christmas is a very

difficult time of year, where perhaps Christmas is the time of year that reminds you

of the things in your life that are not the way that they should

be, the things in your life that are broken, the hurt and pain that you've experienced over the last

year. Well, this Christmas season, we're doing everything that we can as a church to lean into

to give hope and peace in the midst of chaos. And last week we kicked off a series. It's called
