0:59.4 | And to me, I would say that even the classification of that as a hate symbol at the time, all it did was kind of lend itself to increase usage. |

And while we talked about that back in 2016, this list was actually created in 2000 to help law enforcement and members of the public identify potential warnings of extremists. |
