0:25.0	And the first thing we're going to talk about today are the just massive updates on the NASCAR
0:29.1	Bubba Wallace situation. So you know, as we talked about, or to bring it up to speed if you
0:32.5	didn't see the initial report. There were reports that a news was found in Bubba Wallace's team's garage. This reportedly happening on Sunday to Wallace, who is the current series only black driver.
0:40.3	And regarding the timing, this was being reported just a few weeks after NASCAR announced a ban on displaying the Confederate flag at events.
0:46.3	Also, as we talked about, when it came time for the race to actually happen, you reportedly had hundreds of people protesting and waving that flag outside of the Talladega Super Speedway in Alabama. But ultimately, what we ended up seeing after reports came out around this alleged news is you had a huge swelling of support from NASCAR, from fans.
1:00.0	NASCAR launched an investigation. We also saw the FBI and the Justice Department getting involved.
1:03.0	But what we ended up seeing was yesterday the FBI releasing this statement.
1:07.0	On Monday, 15 FBI Special Asians conducted numerous interviews regarding the situation
1:11.1	at Talladega Super Speedway. After a thorough review of the facts and evidence surrounding this event,
1:15.5	we have concluded that no federal crime was committed. The FBI learned that Garage No. 4,
1:19.9	where the noose was found, was assigned to Bubba Wallace last week. The investigation also revealed
1:24.2	evidence, including authentic video confirmed by NASCAR that the news found in Garage
1:28.0	No. 4 was in that garage as early as October 2019. Although the news is now known to have been
1:32.8	in Garage No. 4 in 2019, nobody could have known Mr. Wallace would be assigned to Garage number 4 last week.
1:38.4	The decision not to pursue federal charges is proper after reviewing all available facts and all
1:42.5	applicable federal laws. We offer our thanks to NASCAR, Mr. Wallace, and everyone who cooperated with this investigation.
