0:14.8 | Right, so back in 2021, Chris Pelke was shot and killed by Gabriel Horkasitas. |

0:24.6 | light when Pelke then got out of his vehicle and walked toward Horkasitas, who was in a car behind |

0:32.5 | Pelke's sister, Stacey Wales, she began collecting impact statements and preparing her own when she had an idea. |
0:37.6 | We received 49 letters that the judge was able to read before walking into sentencing that day. |
0:45.3 | But there was one missing piece. There was one voice that was not in those letters. |
0:50.3 | And so she turned to her husband and a friend of his who had been working with AI for a while. |
