0:24.5	Turner Tenney. Earlier this week we talked about the reasons he was suing the organization
0:27.9	that he signed with over a year ago. I highly recommend you watch that video, but to oversimplify
0:31.6	it. Turner's lawsuit against this organization,
0:33.5	Faze Clan called the contract oppressive.
0:35.4	Alleging of the contract allowed the organization to take 80%
0:38.1	of Tifu's earnings from brand deals that they brought him,
0:40.4	as well as 50% of the money
0:41.4	that he made from tours and public appearances.
0:43.2	Also calling the contract illegal because it prevents him from competing in the marketplace.
0:46.2	Which I do want to note here, there are people paying attention for two main reasons.
