0:32.0	Apparently it is because I'm talking about it news. We got the news today that six people have
0:36.0	been charged for plotting to violently
0:38.2	overthrow the government and kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. With this being something
0:42.7	that we learned thanks to an unsealed FBI affidavit. That affidavit explaining that of the six,
0:47.1	two of those men allegedly attended a gathering in Ohio with 13 other men. This reportedly to
0:51.3	create a society that followed the U.S. Bill of Rights in an effort to be self-sufficient.
0:55.0	During that meeting, those men allegedly discuss ways to achieve this through violent means with the FBI writing.
1:00.0	Several members talked about murdering tyrants or taking a sitting governor.
1:03.0	The group decided they needed to increase their numbers and encourage each other to talk to their neighbors and spread their message.
1:08.0	One of those men then goes back home to Michigan and reaches out to a militia group in the state
1:11.9	with the FBI noting that he, quote,
1:13.3	needed 200 men to storm the Capitol building
1:15.5	in Lansing, Michigan, and take hostages, including the governor.
1:18.5	Going on to explain that the man would then try
1:20.3	the governor of Michigan for treason
