0:46.6	but World Mental Health Day, which was technically yesterday, but I didn't have a show.
0:50.1	And really, any opportunity I can get to take that swing to let you know that you are not alone with the shit you're dealing with I want to take whether it be anything with your mental health something with depression I mean anxiety disorders don't get enough attention in fact according to the ADA, anxiety disorders just in the US
1:04.4	affect 40 million Americans over the age of 18. That's 18.1% of the population. You know, you
1:10.0	look at those numbers and it's like, wow, the thing that makes so many of us feel
1:13.0	alone is actually a thing that should be bringing us together because so many of us
1:15.8	suffer with it. Which is also why I commend the increasing number of
1:18.1	celebrities who have shared their mental health struggles showing what you
1:21.1	could view as hopeful or maybe depressing that no matter what
1:23.6	level of success you have in this life that you can still suffer.
