0:09.8	and its aftermath.
0:10.6	Starting with CNN's Anderson Cooper, who I guess lost a bet.
0:14.8	And the water now is really starting to pour over.
0:17.5	If you look at the ground, whoa!
0:19.5	Okay, that wasn't good.
0:22.1	Anderson, I'm just saying, I mean,
0:23.4	I don't think they want to pay out the rest of your contract.
0:25.6	But the main thing, right, Hurricane Milton made landfall
0:27.8	south of Tampa Bay last night
0:29.1	as a category 3 storm with wind speeds
0:31.0	as high as 120 miles per hour.
0:33.0	Though as it moved inland, it degraded to a category one.
0:35.8	And as Thursday unfolded, the high winds, storm surge,
0:38.6	and flooding rain continued.
0:39.8	But conditions were expected to improve
0:41.6	as Milton wandered away from Florida into the Atlantic.
0:43.8	And with that we saw Governor Ron Desantis delivering good news this morning.
