First, Ukraine continues to keep Moscow on the back foot

as officials in Russia reported Tuesday that Kib's forces are trying to break through the Kremlin's

defensive lines in Russia's Belgrade region.

Also, an update on the arrest of Russian-born telegram CEO Pavildurov in France as prosecutors

and French President Emmanuel Macron weigh in on the criminal probe, which has of

course brought Paris' already strained relations with Moscow to a brand new low.

But first, our afternoon spotlight.

It appears Kyiv is attempting to press their advantage along their border with Russia, as reports

emerge that Ukrainian troops tried to break through Moscow's defensive lines into the Belgrade region on Tuesday.

While the reports vary and details are still being sorted out, Russian military bloggers
