I was just talking to the guest who's about to come on about the great thing about the

show is that the content, cops on the news is different, but the content is evergreen.

I'm never it never ceases to amaze me when I talk to these

officers about about police work. It's just it's a super fricking

interesting I've always been a smaller town cop and

when i hear some of these guys talk about what they do it just blows my mind so

every interview i'm excited for this one especially we have a really really great guest he did 30 years 30 year police veteran he worked for Atlanta in Suffolk County New York. He's now medically retired from the profession. He suffered

from PTSD and has healed himself with the help of plant-based medicines. He now
