Welcome back to another Knock-On Podcast.

Certainly hope that everyone out there is getting ready for an awesome family weekend here

with Christmas and New Year's right around the corner.

And I'm looking forward to kind of get things going again.

It's been a pretty hectic last month and a half here for me.

We've had several things going on.

One, the new Hoyt-Bose came out just a little bit later than what I normally get them

as.

So I've kind of been trying to use this time to start shooting again plus with my shoulder.

I've really had to focus on trying my best to shoot as part of my rehab.

So I'm kind of making that part of my routine daily and also really focusing on my fitness

and getting myself back.

I'm getting fairly close to my one year mark here from the surgery.

So I'm going to have a pretty hefty goal in front of myself to be better than I was when

I went in for the surgery.
