Hey everybody, welcome back to another knock on podcast. It's a new set, right? Higher quality, not what you'd expect

for my podcast. However, I'm borrowing a podcast right now. I just got done with an amazing tour

of Louispold. So in the past, I've done some podcasts with leaders and really focused on people who have built some super amazing brands.

And I love doing kind of a podcast with champions.

And this year, as part of our whole School of Knox series for this first part of the year, we've really

been diving down into a Monday mindset session.

We've been doing vocabulary.

We've been describing archery and help building your encyclopedia of knowledge.

And then we've been going on to School of Knock, you know, applying that training and that

Monday mindset to really this whole year is focus on building a better you. I don't want to make

it about my hunts or my archery. I'm really wanting to focus on how do we build a better you?

And I really feel like archery changed lives and your ability

to change yourself internally, put that downrange on a target, that will then transform into

being the best you can in life. And so part of that is surrounding yourself with people that help you either

elevate that game or maintain that game. And today I've got Bruce Pettit from Louis Pold. And you're,
