he's going straight from the studio to the gym. I have got to get my work out.

You have to be forgolicious up in the gym. Working on my fitness. Yeah, that's

what you're trying to get. Forgol engines. Yes. Well, today I didn't

try to decide. I didn't work out yesterday, which really means I'm able to do

anything I want. It's truly you're allowed to take a day off. Well, yeah, no, what

I'm saying is usually I have a system of like this day I do this the

day of Monday is like tits and buy it. Yes, honey. No, not today. Tuesday is like

arms and like buys and tries. I do. Yeah, I do buys back and buys

back and buys together back. Shoulders and tries. I do back by and shoulder. This is not

in any way a recommendation. I have no clue if I'm supposed to be doing these

things together or what. This is just my pattern. Anyway, I took yesterday off, which

means I can start fresh with whatever day I want it to be today. Oh, you know, nice.
