the Trump administration has begun paying not only the cost of a flight to illegal immigrants who

decide to self-deport, but also offering that once they get to their home country,

we'll use the app that the Biden administration created in order to welcome people into the country,

we'll use that to pay them a $1,000 bonus for getting the heck out of here.

Stephen Green, on the one hand, you hear this and you go, oh, well, that's a creative solution.

On the other hand, Steve, we've been making a big deal about this for years.

They broke the law.

What do you think about the fact that this is not just some crazy proposal?

This is underway already. They've already

paid one person apparently as when we're recording this. To pay people to return to their home

country who have broken the laws of the United States and to then give them an incentive when they

get there some pocket money so that they can, you know, find a place to live. I say incentives work.

Incentives for criminals, Steve, who broke our laws. Okay, somebody kills somebody. That's like

the worst thing ever. We give them free room and board for the rest of their lives. Well,

that's fair. Okay. And incentives

matter. And in terms of crime, really what you're supposed to do is when somebody tries to

commit this particular crime, which is only a misdemeanor on the first offense, is you simply

turn them back at the border. That's what we're supposed to do.

Oh, here you come and there you go.
