I distinctly remember the first time I was told mum wasn't going to pull through when I was about 13 and it's it's very very tough as it happens she did but it was part of life it was part of what I guess

gave me some of the character stuff because my mum was hugely courageous as she was going through she would head towards it completely determined every time she had an operation every time she was nearly

tonne out she got back up determined to walk and she had this incredible thing where she never moaned about it you know if anything was given me determination and courage will run towards a problem run towards a challenge and overcome it's that's all come from that

we're just talking about masks and so I got to go into a bunch of places over the weekend where you didn't have to wear a mask they

still had signs on the door I went to a few places where they mandated the mask and you know what I'll take my business elsewhere you get to do what you

want I get to do it I want fair enough every business and where I live still had a sign in the door it said we recommend masks but it said recommend and so I didn't wear one but

practically everybody was wearing a mask easily 75% of the people in all these businesses were wearing a mask wow my question is and go ahead I don't care where

master's your life it really has no effect on me I'm I have no problem with you wearing a mask doesn't make you never

funny but I don't want to have to wear one um but why does it feel so good that I honestly trying to figure out psychologically why I feel so incredibly free to not have to wear a mask I was just

listening to some NPR as I drove to work and they had somebody on there making the argument that you've heard a lot of it's it's such a small thing to do and if it helps not spread the

disease to somebody else it's such a minor gesture to wear a mask why are people fighting this why are people tying freedom to this it seems crazy to me said the NPR people and I know you know half the country I guess or whatever

percentage of the country feels that way but I am actually trying to figure out in my own brain why does it feel so good to walk into the grocery store without a mask on do you know I'm

tempted to answer that because of for millions of years human beings have breathed there without masks on their faces don't worry about why it feels good because it's

supposed to be because you're supposed to be able to breathe without obstruction as a piece there's something in your brain says my breathing's been

obstructed I don't I don't you know I can't do any better than that I will just tell you you know I travel some about to take a golf

trip with the fellas I despise wearing the mask for hours on end that's why I get so militant talking about the kids on necessarily masked in schools because if I have to

travel for one day I freaking hate it yeah part of it's that I wear glasses so you know I I can either see or I can breathe normally or I can you know

fake it and kind of hike my mask up so it's not doing anybody any good which you know practically doesn't matter anyway unless I'm

wearing a fresh and 95 mask perfectly fitted every single day I think we probably underestimate also for our brains not being able to see

people's faces right it's absolutely it's undeniable your children are being abused I can't think about it because it makes me sad and angry
