We've been on a subject for some weeks now that we've called, pay attention.

Amen.

How many think it's a good idea?

It's more than a good idea.

It's the directions of the Lord.

And in Hebrews, the second chapter, if you'd go there, please.

Hebrews chapter two, verse one, it says, therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed

to the things which we have heard,

lest at any time we should let them slip.

Not just give heed, but give earnest heed,

some translations say pay attention to what we have heard, what we have heard, what we have heard, what we have heard.

The Amplified on this says, since all this is true, we ought to pay much closer attention than ever to the truths that we have heard,

lest in any way we drift past them and slip away.

This is a dark, a dark, and slip away.

This is a dark place of confusion on the earth.

And when the light of God's word comes into it,

the enemy is trying to scatter it and trying to get it away from people.

The Bible said if our gospel is hid, it's hid to those that believe not in whom the God of this world has blinded their minds, lest they should believe the glorious gospel.

So when light comes in to your life, it's not automatic that you'll hold on to it.

It's so important that we treasure it, that we lay hold of it and hold fast that which we've been

given and not let anything take it away from us. You know something that has happened all too frequently

is that children have gotten some light and faith
