0:30.0	The actual Queen, it is Pauline Black. Now the restaurant that we're eating in today is
0:36.4	called The Prawn on the Lawn. It's one of a very small chain that they've got
0:40.7	three restaurants, Rick and Katie Tooker.
0:44.0	Two of them are in Padstow, and the one I'm eating in is in Hybrian Islington,
0:49.2	very close to the Hybron-Eislington tube,
0:51.6	in an old fish shop. I think they used to be more of a kind of
0:54.8	fish shop with a restaurant on the side but now they're more of a restaurant with a
0:58.1	bit of a fish shop on the side. But they sort of pride themselves on fresh fish and doing it quite simply.
1:05.0	A lot of curing, a lot of pickling, that sort of thing.
1:08.0	And I can't wait to try it.
